The brand originated in South Yorkshire, with early production based in Mexborough, and built a loyal following among UK motorhome buyers.
Auto-Cruise was established in 1998, quickly gaining recognition for producing well-designed motorhomes that balanced comfort, usability and compact dimensions.
A major turning point came when the brand was acquired by the Swift Group in 2008. Since then, Auto-Cruise has operated as part of Swift's wider motorhome portfolio, benefiting from improved manufacturing processes, shared engineering and a stronger dealer network.
