What are the steps involves from start to finish ?
It's very straight forward to sell your caravan, motorhome or static caravan with us.
Do you take commission on the sale?
Absolutely not. We operate on a single payment depending on the number of photographs you add. £25 for 1 photo. £35 for 4 photos and £49 for 12 photographs to really show off the caravan, motorhome or static caravan you are selling. They are the only costs involved.
Can I make payment over the phone?
Unfortunately we do not currently accept payment over the phone for security and confidentiality purposes. You will be prompted to for payment after your listing is complete and submitted. Alternatively you can send a check for the required amount to our postal address, Caravans.co.uk, c/o Caravan Finder Ltd, Deben Mill Business Centre, 11 A Old Maltings Approach, Woodbridge, Suffolk, IP12 1BL
I'm not very tech-savvy, can I give my advert listing over the phone?
Unfortunately we don't provide this service because of problems and errors that can be caused by miscommunication, signal interruptions and human error. On the bright side we've made our system very easy to submit your listing with only a few steps.
I have photographs but I can't scan or email, can you help?
Yes! Just send your photographs to us at caravans.co.uk, c/o Caravan Finder Ltd, Deben Mill Business Centre, 11 A Old Maltings Approach, Woodbridge, Suffolk, IP12 1BL and we'll scan them in and add them to your listing. Ensure that you include small covering letter stating your name, phone number and address so we can find your advert. If you would like your photographs returned, please include a stamped addressed envelope.
I don't know how much to list my caravan for, can you help?
Due to price fluctuations, trends and time of year we cannot provide a recommended listing price for any caravans and motorhomes. We suggest finding a similar model on our site and listing yours accordingly. Use our search facility to do this to see other used caravans for sale.
I haven't had any enquiries? What's wrong?

How do I change my advert?
When you submitted your advert, you created an account using your email and a password. Changes are be done by you though we are always here to help.

When will my advert go live?
We aim to get your advert live within 1 hour with the norm being less than 20 minutes.
