Service and Warranty Advisor.

You will be working as part of a small team at our Service & Warranty Centre in Lostock Hall, Preston.

Your day to day duties will include;

• Dealing with customers face to face, on the phone and by email. Booking Caravans and Motorhomes in for servicing and warranty work.

• Using our internal IT system to create and process a range of paperwork including job cards and invoices.

• Processing warranty claims with various manufacturers in line with the company and manufacturer's policies.

• Liaising with the workshop onsite ensuring all work is completed in the given timescale.

• Sourcing and ordering warranty and chargeable parts from a variety of suppliers.

We expect you to demonstrate and have experience in the following skills,

• Teamwork and ability to use own initiative.

• Excellent Customer Service.

This is a customer facing role and an essential part of the job. Experience and confidence in interacting with customers in person and on the phone is essential.

• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.

• Friendly, motivated and organised personality with a 'can do' attitude.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience in the Caravan or Motor trade.

• Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm / Saturday 8am - 12pm - Overtime is paid at 1.5 rate over 40 hrs

• Saturdays are worked on a rota working 1 in 3. (Sundays and bank holidays closed) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £12.13 per hour
